Files and tool inputs

Our PDF tools process your files locally in your browser. PDF files, document contents, filenames, and entered text are not included in our analytics events. No account is required to use our tools. Some other tools contact external services, such as exchange-rate and DNS providers, as described by those tools.

Our hosting provider receives technical request information, including IP addresses and browser headers, to deliver and secure the website. Local file processing does not mean that visiting the website creates no network traffic.

Your choice

Optional analytics and advertising are off until you select Allow optional services. Essential only keeps those scripts off and all tools usable. We store your choice in your browser using local storage; other local preferences may include theme and tool settings.

Use Privacy settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop loaded scripts, so save any work first. This stops future optional collection; it does not erase information already sent or existing third-party cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and tool events, and Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance. Google Analytics also runs when configured. These providers receive technical information about requests and devices; Google Analytics may store cookies. We do not describe these services as anonymous or claim that the entire site has no tracking.

Our pdf_tool_complete event records a successful PDF processing run. tool_completed records a successful processing run or a deliberate result action such as generating, copying, exporting, downloading, or finishing a test. The pdf_tool_download and tool_downloaded events record a generated download being initiated, not proof that a file was saved. These events include only the tool identifier. related_tool_clicked records the source and destination tool identifiers. support_cta_viewed and support_cta_clicked record the PDF success placement. We do not include file names, file contents, image text, or entered values in these events. We remove query strings and fragments from the page URLs supplied by our analytics integration. Consent and blocking software mean counts do not represent every visitor.

Read the Vercel analytics privacy information and Google Privacy Policy for provider practices.

Optional advertising

When configured, Google AdSense loads only after you allow optional services. Google and its partners may use cookies and information about visits to deliver and measure ads. You can manage Google advertising preferences in My Ad Center, or disable optional services on ToolsMint using Privacy settings.
